Eternal Technologies (ETLT) now the 10-Q is late
ETLT filed this form NT 10-Q saying they'll be late filing their Q1 report. The 10-K for the year end is also late.
Because of the adjustments to the financial statements of prior periods caused by FASB 133 which we did not received in sufficient time to flow through the adjustments to the first quarter of 2006, the Company is unable to file a complete and accurate Form 10-QSB on or before the due date.Supposedly they'll have their 10-K done by Thursday. I figure there's about a 25% of chance of that actually happening.
In other news, James Taranto points to a study: alligators dangerous no matter how drunk you are. "In 10 out of 10 documented cases of violent alligator–drunkard encounters, the reptile was not influenced by the fact that the victim was 'just kidding' or 'just having some fun,'" McCrory said.
